Unfortunately, It was Punks bull. He did give me the invite, and the chance to steal them away from him. It must have been destiny, as much time as he had watched him, because he ended up picking up both sides. It only took two and a half hours, and he matched them up. I am happy for him.

I am proud of Jens, he has been a little reluctant to try out the 65 and learn to use a clutch. He finally decided to try it out, and now we can't keep him off of it. Now if I can just convince his mother to let me buy Ashton an 85. For now Ash will just have to ride mom's bike.

Several bulls from lately. I think the cold weather messed me up a bit, as the flash wasn't working. I had a few pitch black pics. Oh, well. I went out to look for lion tracks this morning, but didn't find any. I saw a few good bucks, in a new area. I went back tonight, and found some others. Didn't take any pics. Maybe someday, I can get a little more into looking for deer shed antlers.

The kids have been enjoying the snow quite a bit this winter. We just got back from a City Engineer's Conference in St. George. The kids spent as much time in the pool as possible. They love this pool, because they can swim back and forth from the inside to the outside. It was a good trip. Here are a few pics of the kids.

It definitely looks like the the bulls have pulled into the winter range with the storms that we have been getting lately. Even a few coyotes have been hunting in the area. Hopefully, the bulls will stick around to drop their horns, and we can call the coyotes in for a shot.

I wish that we could take care of all the fawn poachers by way of extermination. I have done everything in my power this year. It is tough to increase the deer herd when brand new fawns are being slaughtered as they lay near their mothers.
